The snooker legend, nicknamed The Whirlwind, says he has swapped "nights out" for "pamper nights in" after hooking up with Jade Slusarczyk.
White, 56, has been posting images of Slusarczyk to his social media accounts, referring to her as "my girl."
The six-time world champion has shared intimate pictures of the couple on holiday from his Twitter account.
White has five children from a previous marriage to Maureen Mockler.
He once admitted he was lucky to still be alive after spending £10,000 a month on cocaine in the 1980s.
Slusarczyk, winner of the Miss Blackpool Gazette in 2011, fought against the decision to axe the traditional walk-on girls in darts.
She told the newspaper: "I don’t wear skimpy outfits, I wear classy, knee-length dresses. I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable or do anything I didn’t want to, there’s never been anything untoward.
“It’s like a big sporting family – I’ve made so many friends through it. The players and fans becomes your friends.”
Slusarczyk worked for Sky Sports as a walk-on girl in both darts and snooker for seven years.
