Major League Baseball has fined Los Angeles Dodgers shortstop Manny Machado an undisclosed amount for kicking the leg of Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Jesus Aguilar in Game 4 of the NLCS, according to a report by The Athletic.
The collision in the 10th inning of Tuesday night's game briefly caused both dugouts to empty, but order was quickly restored.
Video replay indicated Machado might have collided with Aguilar deliberately.
The two players seemed to have resolved their differences by the 13th inning when Machado reached base on a broken-bat single. He eventually scored the winning run in the Dodgers' 2-1 victory.
