Pogba has dig at Mourinho as he admits 'defending is not my best attribute' after Man Utd win at Spurs

Dishing out another dig at his former boss, Pogba admitted that he was a sore loser and was thoroughly relishing in Manchester United's six-game winning streak

The French ace has come into his own since the self-proclaimed Special One left United.

In the Premier League alone, he has scored seven times and provided the same number of assists- four of those goals have come since Solskjaer took the reins.

It was no secret that Pogba and Mourinho were at loggerheads and the French star couldn't resist the chance to criticise United's style of play under their Portuguese boss.
Speaking to Sky Sports after United's 1-0 win over Tottenham, Pogba said: "I'm enjoying playing football.

It's not the first time that Pogba has been critical of Mourinho's techniques
"It was difficult in the system (under Mourinho), the tactics we used to play, I like to be more attacking, pressing, play high.

"Defending is not my best attribute."

He has admitted that he is "enjoying" football under his new boss and his starring role in today's show proved that Solskjaer and Mike Phelan have got United back playing the 'United way'.

The World Cup winner provided an incredible assist for Marcus Rashford, which saw United take three valuable points at Wembley.

Just before the break, Kieran Trippier’s crossfield pass was intercepted and Pogba spied Rashford making a run round the back of the Spurs defence.

He lofted his pass into his feet in the right hand channel, as Rash raced on to it, picking his spot across the face of goal to put United in front.

Pogba has been playing in a more advanced role under Solskjaer, with Nemanja Matic and Ander Herrera anchoring the midfield.

The 25-year-old is relishing the license to go forward and has shown the leadership qualities that we saw during the World Cup this summer.

"Everything comes when you are free and you have the trust of the manager and the players so they make it easier for me as well.

"I know Matic is there. I know we can press high and when we get the ball, I can shoot, I can pass and that's what we have been doing that since the new manager came in.
