The five-year-old mare won by 18 lengths under jockey Jonjo O'Neill Jr.
She is trained by Gold Cup winning trainer Jonjo O'Neill Sr.
Coral ambassador Hughes is a regular at the races, and he was at Chepstow to promote Coral's syndicate.
Last summer, he rode in a charity race at York, finishing in fifth place.
