He travelled well for a long way there and should be capable of taking another step forward in a race that doesn’t feature a lot of strength in depth.
He showed good battling qualities when winning on his debut in a bumper at Southwell in May and there should be a lot more to come over timber.
SNAZZ MAN (12.40 Fontwell) did really well to win here last time out when meeting traffic problems.
His rider lost an iron for good measure so it was an especially good effort to come home in seventh place.
The handicapper has put him up 10lb for that impressive success by he’s pretty lightly raced and could well be open to further improvement.
OUTOFTHISWORLD (2.40 Fontwell) put a hurdles debut mishap behind her when winning well at Market Rasen last time out.
She jumped much better there and had the race in the bag a long way from home.
There should be a lot more to come — so she may not be much of a price in this modest company — but she looks very hard to beat.
KALASKADESEMILLEY (3.00 Uttoxeter) comes from in-form trainer Johnny Farrelly and has every chance of improving on his third here last time out.

TOP TEAM: Kieran O’Neill has a 67% win rate for trainer Gavin Cromwell and has chances today with SBRASSE (1.20 Southwell) and EARL OF BUNNACURRY (2.50 Southwell).
The handicapper has been pretty lenient with a 5lb drop down the weights despite him showing plenty of promise there.
He gets on well with today’s 5lb claiming rider and looks capable of running well in this open contest.
