Chelsea admit interest in Bournemouth ace Callum Wilson as Maurizio Sarri eyes replacement for flop Alvaro Morata

The Cherries striker has scored eight goals already this season, and is highly-rated by several Premier League sides.

And Zola praised the England international's development, with Wilson set to lead the line at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.

Zola said: "I'm sure there are a lot of players linked with us. Certainly Callum Wilson is doing very well for that club. He is of interest, not only for us but for many."

The Stamford Bridge club are actively looking to recruit a striker in January, with Alvaro Morata failing to impress after 18 months in London and Olivier Giroud not seen as a regular starter.

However,  Cherries boss Eddie Howe insisted his player would remain at the Vitality Stadium for the foreseeable future.
