The 25-year-old singer took to social media to share a recent hand injury that appears to have occurred while she was shooting an upcoming episode of James Corden‘s Carpool Karaoke. Luckily, it seems like a minor nuisance more than a major incident… but that won’t stop us from being concerned!
Ari took to her Instagram Stories to show her hand wrapped in a bandage, along with the caption “but i LOVE my bandage it looks sick @JKCorden i’ll be ok one day.”

The “God is a Woman” crooner didn’t give any other details on the injury, but the fact that she called out the Late Late Show host has many speculating that we’ll see how Ari’s hand ended up in a bandage on an upcoming episode of the show. (We’re just praying he didn’t slam her hand in the car door because that is the WORST).
This week, James teased that Ariana would appear on another Carpool Karaoke segment soon by tweeting out lyrics from Ari’s Sweetener album, along with the caption, “learning these.” Ari teased back, “Sick, what for?” So, unless these two just live to torture us, prepare to set those DVRs soon!
