The two women came face-to-face on the ITV panel show in August in a bid to end their 18-month feud, after initially butting heads on Celebrity Big Brother in 2017.
However Kim, 76, stormed off the show in tears after Coleen made comments about her under her breath while sitting beside sister Linda and her Loose Women co-stars.
Viewers started a petition to get Coleen sacked for her part in the row, and despite apologising for any distress caused, the 53-year-old decided to cancel her solo tour and quit Loose Women.
Speaking about the furore in the latest issue of New! Magazine, Kim said she wished things hard turned out differently.
She explained: “I was asked to do Loose Women and I didn’t think it would turn out like it did – very hurtful.
“I was shocked as much as anybody else that it happened. I was told that it was a reconciliation on Coleen’s behalf.
“I don’t know if the producers didn’t tell her, or if they conned both of us to get us on.
“I don’t wish her any harm and I’m sorry she has no job on Loose Women.
“I can say hand on heart, I didn’t cause it and I hope, in time, she gets back on her feet.”

While Kim is known for her feisty TV appearances, she insists she only raises her voice when she is provoked.
She said: “I like to be nice, but don’t cross me. I’ll be as polite as anything to you, but you say something nasty to me and oh, I’ll be really nasty back.
“Don’t start on me for no reason or I’ll give it straight back to you!”
