Wow! Princess Eugenie Reveals Super Slim Figure Before Wedding: See Pics

Most brides want to look as fit as possible in their wedding dress on their big day — and as Princess Eugenie has shown, royals are no exception!

The 28-year-old daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, a.k.a., Fergie, Duchess of York — who is set to wed her longtime boyfriend, Jack Brooksbank, on Friday, October 12 — stepped out in London on October 8 wearing a button-down blue dress with a cinched waist. The design highlighted a remarkably slimmer form than the queen’s granddaughter has shown off in the past.

Just one day prior, the U.K.’s Mail on Sunday attributed the bride-to-be’s weight loss to Gabriela Peacock, the London nutritionist her cousin Prince Harry reportedly used before his May 19 nuptials to Meghan Markle. (Incidentally, the Princess of York’s wedding will also be at the same place where Harry and Duchess Meghan tied the knot — St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle!) Peacock has a line of slimming supplements; Slim Me, the best seller, is described as a gel sachet with ingredients including the dietary fiber glucomannan, which suppresses hunger.

Even before her recent weight loss, the director at London’s Hauser & Wirth art gallery, who lived in New York City for from 2013 to 2015, was dedicated to fitness. As she told Harper’s Bazaar of her daily workouts in 2016, “I go to the park from 7 to 8. I do circuits, which I love because they’re quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot. It’s much better, as I can’t run for a long time. Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia.”

Grace Belgravia is an invitation-only gym, spa and wellbeing clinic in London that counts Duchess Kate’s sister, Pippa Middleton, as a member. According to its website, Peacock also works as part of the gym’s team as a Nutrition Therapist focusing on metabolic balance.

On Wednesday, October 10, Royal Communications confirmed that Eugenie’s sister, Princess Beatrice, will serve as Maid of Honor for the wedding. Princess Charlotte was also announced as a bridesmaid and Prince George as a page boy.
