Jenna Dewan – Green Juice or Nothing
Known for her fit and healthy lifestyle, Dewan takes her meals seriously. “I eat vegan pretty much. I’m vegan/vegetarian, and so I eat really healthy,” she told Us in May 2018. “My one biggest tip I tell everyone is that years ago I stopped eating breakfast in the morning.” Instead, the Resident actress makes “a big green smoothie,” she says. “It’s got romaine, kale, spinach… It’s tons of fiber in the morning, all your nutrients. That really transformed my body, my skin and just my energy level throughout the day.”

Jessie James Decker – Breakfast Sandwich
The singer — who became a spokesperson for the South Beach Diet after she welcomed her third child in March 2018 — explains that she doesn’t eat the meal delivery service for dinner, but she enjoys their options for her first two meals of the day. “I’ll have the sausage English muffin sandwiches for breakfast,” the star told Us in January 2019.

Kelly Rowland – Egg-White Frittata
“I love egg whites, and I love spinach and I love sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese,” the “Kelly” singer told Us in December 2018. She typically combines them all into a frittata or an omelet, she says: “I do that in the morning and I have a ton of water. I have some coconut water for electrolytes.”

Lea Michele – Bok Choy Scramble
Sure, sometimes the Glee alum will start her morning with a smoothie. But usually, she says, it’s a veggie scramble. “So I’ll take broccoli, kale, bok choy and I’ll put it in a pan with some flax oil and steam it up and get it really nice and flavorful and tasty,” she told Us in August 2018. The finishing touch? “Then maybe I’ll put some fresh sliced avocado on top and put that in a big bowl and that will be my breakfast, giving me all of the greens and nutrients that I need to start my day.”

Peter Kraus – A Lot of Calories
As a personal trainer, the Bachelor alum needs plenty of fuel to get through the day. So, for his daily breakfast, “I eat a lot of calories,” he told Us in October 2018. “Mine is three pieces of toast, probably six to eight eggs, a banana and usually a weight-gain shake.” As for the eggs, he’s not too picky about the preparation. “Whatever is fastest,” he added of cooking them. “Usually scrambled because it takes two minutes.”
