Lavish affair! Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kenya Moore had a baby shower that was fit for a queen on Saturday, October 20.
The reality star and her husband, Marc Daly, were joined by RHOA castmates Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Porsha Williams as well as Gizelle Bryant from Real Housewives of Potomac, Toya Bush-Harris and Dr. Heavenly Kimes from Married to Medicine at the “Met Gala with a fairy-tale” themed soiree at the Academy of Medicine in Atlanta.
The former Miss USA, 47, shared a group shot from the event to Instagram on Sunday, October 21. “Words cannot express the joy and happiness I feel in my heart,” she wrote. “So overwhelming to have a room of people who came to celebrate the impending life of #babydaly.”
On October 14, the TV personality requested that even those who couldn’t be in attendance for their shower share the love in the form of a gift. “#Etiquette101,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories. “If you cannot attend a monumental life changing event in a friend’s life, it’s nice to send a gift anyway. (Weddings, graduations, baby showers) Or it’s about class? It’s NOT about a dollar amount it’s to show you care the same way the person cared to invite you to share a moment in their life.”
Moore, who confirmed her exit from the show in October, announced during the RHOA season 10 reunion in April that she and Daly, whom she married in June, were expecting their first child together. Scroll through to see the photos from their over-the-top celebration.
