Real Housewives of New Jersey Alum Dina Manzo Reveals She 'Recently Lost a Few Pregnancies'

Dina Manzo is opening up about her struggle to have another child.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 46, revealed she suffered a number of miscarriages after being asked by a fan on her Instagram Stories if she wanted more children.

“Sometimes… I recently lost a few pregnancies but God is in charge not me,” Manzo answered on Wednesday.

Manzo is already mom to daughter Lexi, 22, from her first marriage. In 2016, Manzo and her second husband Tommy Manzo divorced after seven years together.

The Bravo star has since found love again.

In August, Manzo announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend David Cantin.

“We’ve always been engaged,” Manzo said during an appearance on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live.

“We got engaged once, early in our relationship, and then we both realized it was way too early. And then we got engaged again last year,” Manzo explained on the show.

Asked if she’s going to have a big wedding, Manzo joked that it would be “small” and that “you’ll learn about it after.”

“Our life is a honeymoon,” she said. “We don’t do a lot of traveling, but we are definitely in the honeymoon phase.”

During the interview, Manzo seemingly hinted at the idea that she and Cantin, 39, are already married by asking Lewis to call her “Just Dina” rather than “Dina Manzo.”

“I’m not Manzo anymore,” she said. “We had no children.”

Lewis even pointed out that the two were wearing “really nice rings.”

“It’s so cute how you guys wear those little commitment rings. That ring looks nice on you guys. On your wedding finger,” Lewis said, telling Cantin, “You really should put a ring on it. Oh, you did!”

“We are committed,” Manzo said, not confirming whether they had indeed said their “I dos.”

Manzo and Cantin have been dating since 2015 and live in Newport Beach, California, in a two-story, modern farmhouse with their three dogs and three cats.

“It’s a nice living space for what it is,” Manzo explained of the Orange County property. “It has a lot of open outside space. A lot of courtyard living.”
