Miranda Kerr Explains What Happened After Son Hart Was Born

Miranda Kerr can’t talk about her boys without becoming emotional. “I absolutely love being a mom,” the model gushed to Us Weekly at Porter’s Third Annual Incredible Women Gala on Tuesday, October 9, in Los Angeles. “It’s my favorite thing I’ve ever done. I get tears in my eyes thinking about it.”

The Victoria’s Secret Angel, 35, and husband Evan Spiegel are parents of 5-month-old son Hart. Kerr shares Flynn, 7, with her former spouse, Orlando Bloom. “Your heart expands,” the Australia native told Us of having two children. “You feel like your heart is already so full of love and gratitude with one, and then it just explodes even more.”

Flynn adores his little brother. “He’s very, very sweet with him,” Kerr revealed. “This morning, they were together, just chilling. It was nice.”

Hart is a mix of his mother and Snapchat CEO father. “I think he’s a little bit of both of us,” Kerr said. “He’s definitely got a strong personality coming through already. He’s quite charming and smiley and and engaging.”

Kerr and Spiegel, 28, began dating in 2015 and tied the knot in May 2017. In June, the KORA Organics founder shared a tribute to her love on Instagram. “And to my wonderful husband,” she wrote. “Watching you become a father warms my heart. You’re a natural and Hart is the luckiest boy to have you as a dad.”

Meanwhile, exes Kerr and Bloom remain close. As the Pirates of the Caribbean actor, 41, told Elle UK in 2017: “Miranda and I have a remarkable relationship. We coparent really well.”
