Maria Menounos shared her heartbreak on Snapchat in 2016, when she learned her IVF treatment to become pregnant had been unsuccessful. The following summer, the 40-year-old TV personality was diagnosed with a benign brain tumor and she is now considering surrogacy in order to give her body a rest. “Miss Kim K. has connected me with all of her people,” Menounous told Us Weekly at the JEEP Wrangle Celebrity Customs Reveal Event in Los Angeles on Tuesday, September 25. “We are going to Greece this fall and we’re going to do another [wedding] ceremony. Once we get back, we’ll do it.”
Kardashian, 37, and Kanye West welcomed their daughter Chicago with the help of a gestational carrier in January 2018. In an emotional blog post, the reality star wrote that it was “the best decision” she had ever made.
Despite longing for a child, the “Conversations With Maria Menounos” radio host revealed life is pretty good at the moment. She and her “boo” tied the knot in January after dating for nearly 20 years. “I’m a newlywed,” she gushed to Us. “I’m kind of in the best place I’ve ever been.”
And for now, the dog mom is happy to focus her attention on her beloved pups. Menounos’ custom Jeep Wrangler comes complete with custom seatbelts for her pets and a comfy bed for long drives. Raved the star: “It’s sick!”
