As Khloé Kardashian has learned, self-care goes out the window after you have kids. And now the 34-year-old feels she owes her sister Kourtney Kardashian an apology.
“I’m still in my pajamas right now, I’ve been up since five, I have not had a second to even change my clothes,” the mom of 5-month-old daughter True told Us Weekly recently. “I haven’t even washed my face, my morning has been so crazy.” Khloé then admitted that before she had True she used to tease the mom of Mason, 8, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 3.
“I feel bad that I used to call Kourtney and be like, ‘Oh, God. You look so Mom,’” the Revenge Body host told Us. “I feel bad that I used to do that. I’m gonna apologize to Kourt.”
Khloé and her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, welcomed True on April 12. In July, she went back to work. Though the Good American clothing cofounder misses being with her baby 24/7, she is making strides in the fashion world. Her denim collection now includes a size 15.
“We figured there’s such a difference in the body shape from a size 14 to a 16,” explained the Strong Looks Better Naked author. “One our own head designers is actually a size 15. She would always take denim and tailor it down, so we just decided to make this size and it’s a really requested size range.”
The line also caters to mothers with its Good Mama maternity jeans that feature stretchy side panels. Khloé admitted she wore the style after giving birth when she was still feeling “swollen” and uncomfortable. “For me, I wasn’t comfortable with my body and putting on denim was such a daunting thought,” she explained. “Those were my go-to after baby for the first two months. Now, I’m into a high-waisted skinny!”
