Kate Hudson's 14-Year-Old Son Shows Off Baby Sister Rani

Proud big brother! Kate Hudson’s eldest son, Ryder, 14, is smitten with his 2-week-old sister, Rani Rose. The teen shared photos of himself and the newborn on Monday, October 15.

In one snap, Ryder gazes lovingly as she yawns in his arms. In another, the high school student makes a goofy face.

“Aw sweeties,” wrote Hudson, 39, in the comments. “Love you so much.”

The How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days actress is mom of Ryder and Bingham, 7, from previous relationships with Chris Robinson and Matt Bellamy, respectively. Hudson and her musician boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa, welcomed Rani on October 2.

“We have decided to name our daughter Rani (pronounced Ronnie) after her grandfather, Ron Fujikawa,” Hudson wrote on Instagram on October 3. “Ron was the most special man who we all miss dearly. To name her after him is an honor.”

A source told Us Weekly earlier this month that Ryder and Bingham are “obsessed with Rani” and visited her in the hospital after their mom gave birth.

Meanwhile, the Fabletics cofounder gushed in January that Ryder will always be her “baby.” In an emotional post on his 14th birthday in January 2018, she wrote, “Cried twice today. You feeling me parents? Where does the time go. Ryder Robinson, you are on spectacular young man and I am one proud Mama!”

In May, the star opened up about hectic mornings at home with two sons. “One of them didn’t brush their teeth, the other one left their clothes everywhere and has to put them in the hamper,” she told New York Magazine’s The Cut. “My big one is old enough to make his own breakfast, so now it’s about, ‘You’re not eating that. No, that’s not what you’re eating for breakfast.’ I’m trying to get him to not eat cereal every morning.”
