Jenna Jameson Just Shared All The Keto Foods That Helped Her Lose 60 Pounds

Jenna Jameson has been raving about the keto diet on Instagram for months, and she’s even shared some snippets of what she eats. Now, she’s going into detail about the foods she relies on most for her keto diet.

On her Instagram Stories, Jenna invited fans to ask her some questions—and it basically turned into a keto weight loss Q & A. First up: her favorite thing to cook. “For sure, I am the steak master,” she wrote.

Jenna also said her favorite thing to eat right now is “bolognese sauce minus the pasta.” And, when someone asked her the top five things she picks up at the grocery store, she replied with this: “Ribeye steak. Arugula salad. Avocado. Cottage Cheese. Fresca soda.” Which, TBH, sounds like a delicious meal.

She even shared a new keto snack that she’s excited to try out: Nui Peanut Butter Cookies. “Omg I’m so excited for these cookies,” she wrote, tagging the company in her post, as well.

This isn’t the first time Jenna has talked about what she eats on keto. She told fans on Instagram in late August, that she eats “the exact same thing” every morning: three eggs with cheese and avocado. “Lunch is my biggest meal,” she said “I always eat arugula salad, grilled asparagus or zucchini with some kind of meat (usually a hamburger patty or grilled chicken).”

Jenna lost 60 pounds on the keto diet—recently hitting her ideal weight of 125 pounds—and revealed on Instagram that she’s now “upping” her calories to try to stay at her current weight. “I am not saying to myself… ‘it’s ok to eat garbage processed nastiness!’ I am sticking to yummy organic fresh foods,” she wrote.
