Jana Kramer Got a Pretty Amazing Push Present From Husband Mike Caussin

Jana Kramer’s husband Mike Caussin had a gem of an idea to mark the birth of their son, Jace.

Celebrity Babies of 2018

“He got me an Tiffany infinity diamond ring,” Kramer told Us Weekly exclusively on Tuesday, December 4. When the couple’s daughter Jolie was born in 2016, the retired football player, 31, presented his wife with the same gift.

The country singer wears the jewels on her ring finger. “So that way, it just completes the family,” she explained to Us.

Kramer delivered Jace via C-section on November 29. She shared every moment of the procedure in a live birth podcast on her iHeartRadio show Whine Down With Jana Kramer.

At the hospital, Kramer and the athlete reflected on how their relationship has changed since they welcomed Jolie.

“I was watching Mike hold Jace and I said, ‘You know, I’m not trying to take anything away from the birth of Jolie, but you just seem so much more present now,’” Kramer told Us. Both agreed that it was because Caussin is in “a healthier place” now.

“The way he is with Jace and how he interacts and how he is with me,” Kramer said. “It’s a totally different experience and it’s really refreshing for both of us.”

The pair, who separated in August 2016 due to Caussin’s infidelity, have worked hard in therapy to get to a good place in their threeyear marriage. To stay connected, Kramer and Caussin recognize the importance of carving out grown-up time.

“Even the other night, he was like, ‘Hey, my parents got Jace. Let’s go in the other room and watch a movie together,’” she told Us. “He’s making intentional time. I can really tell that he’s trying to do that.”

After struggling with infertility and suffering several miscarriages, Kramer is counting her blessings.  “My family of four is complete,” she gushed. “I’m happy.” And so is big sister, Jolie.

“She is incredible. I was nervous because when I held other babies before, she’d be like, ’No!’” Kramer told Us. “But she wants to hold Jace all the time. She’s really helpful. She says ‘Jace!’ And ‘My brother!’ And she’s just exceeded every expectation.”
