Fans Believe Duchess Meghan Felt Her Baby Kicking in Viral Clip

As a pregnant Duchess Meghan stood poised on stage at the 2018 British Fashion Awards on Monday, December 10, her baby was having a dance party— or at least that’s what some people believe after an eagle-eyed fan took to Twitter and posted a clip of the 37-year-old possibly reacting to movement in her belly.

In the video, which was filmed during Meghan’s appearance at Royal Albert Hall in London, the mom-to-be was seen cradling her bump with both hands. Then suddenly, her expression changed and she moved one hand closer to her chest.

“Wanted mommy’s attention,” speculated one person on Twitter. “Oh yeah, she tensed up for a split second,” observed another. A third worried that the Suits alum was in pain, noting, ”Yeah, she felt that. Her body swayed. That baby probably gave her a swift uppercut to the ribs.”

Meghan’s growing tummy has been a topic of discussion on social media. Earlier this week, trolls mocked the retired actress for cradling her stomach throughout Monday night. As one critic tweeted: “If I see one more photo of Meghan Markle cradling that bump I am going to vomit. I swear she and Beyoncé think they are the only women in the world to get pregnant. You are pregnant… WE KNOW!”

The Los Angeles native has also been dealing with rumors that she and her sister-in-law, Duchess Kate, are at odds.

“It’s just been frustrating and stressful to have no voice,” a royal insider reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands now. “She’s always relied on her own voice to stand up for others, and for herself. So not being able to say anything is a debilitating feeling. She’s always been so independent, her entire life, and that’s all been taken away from her. She’s always back able to clap back on social media and now she can’t.”

Meghan and Prince Harry tied the knot in May. Five months later, the couple announced they are expecting their first child in the spring of 2019.
