Congratulations are in order! Christine Lakin and Brandon Breault have welcomed their second child.
The Hollywood Darlings star, 39, announced via Instagram on Wednesday, September 12, that she gave birth to a baby boy. “And then there were four,” she wrote alongside a sweet set of family photos. The newborn joins the couple’s 2-year-old daughter, Georgia James.
Lakin announced her second pregnant on PopTV.com on April 3. She shared an adorable photo of herself showing off her baby bump in a skintight mauve dress while standing alongside Breault and Georgia. The family of three (and now four!) posed in front of a movie theater marquee that read, “Coming Soon / The Sequel ‘Baby Boy’ / September 2018.”
The Step by Step alum and the Jimmy the Saint actor first met in 2010 and began dating two years later. They tied the knot at Roblar Winery in Santa Ynez, California, in October 2014.
After announcing that she was expecting again, Lakin told Us Weekly exclusively that her little girl was looking forward to having a new brother. “She loves other kids and I think she’s going to love being a big sister, so fingers crossed,” she said in June. “That’s all I can really do at this point because it’s happening! There’s no return policy for children.”
At the time, the actress revealed that she and her husband had not yet chosen a name for their son. “I think boys names are really hard. If it were up to [Breault], he would name him Arrow or Wolf or something crazy,” she joked. “It might just come to that because I don’t know if I have the brainpower to think of anything else!”
