Cinnabon notes that in order to deliver the freshest “bons” possible, the company freezes them right after they’re baked and iced. Upon delivery, the Cinnabons may arrive thawed, and you can store them at room temperature for up to 24 hours. After that, the treats can be frozen for up to 30 days, but Cinnabon advises against refrigerating them.
