Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cocktail weiners
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/2 c. bourbon
  • 1/3 c. finely chopped shallot (from 1 small)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. In a small slow cooker, combine cocktail weiners, brown sugar, ketchup, bourbon, shallot, and garlic. Stir to combine and cover.
  2. Cook on high until the bourbon smell has cooked off, 6 hours.
  3. Serve with toothpicks.
