Mint Chocolate Iced Coffee Float

Iced coffee has never been so refreshing. Our espresso here was made using Krups Super Automatic Coffee Machine.

  • 2 tsp. fresh mint and some for garnish
  • 2 tsp. sugar syrup (or simple syrup)
  • 1-2 oz. espresso
  • ice
  • chocolate syrup, to taste
  • mint chip ice cream


  1. Muddle 2 tsp. of fresh mint (5-7 mint leaves) in glass with 2 tsp. of sugar syrup.
  2. Add in 1 to 2 oz. of espresso and top with 3 oz. of club soda.
  3. Add ice and spoon or squeeze chocolate syrup over ice to taste.
  4. Top with a scoop of mint chip ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Serve with a spoon and a fun straw.
