1 box pancake mix, plus ingredients called for on box
1 banana, sliced
2 strawberries, halved
4 strips cooked bacon
8 cooked Lit’l Smokies Cocktail Links
Powdered sugar, for garnish
Maple Syrup, for garnish
Grease a nonstick frying pan with cooking spray and warm over medium-low heat.
Prepare pancake batter according to package directions. Using a measuring cup, add batter to pan in small, medium, and large scoops and cook until golden and edges bubble, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining batter, working in batches.
Assemble stacks by layering pancakes in descending size order, then top with fruits, bacon, or smokies. Arrange stacks on a platter, then garnish sweet stacks with powdered sugar and drizzle savory stacks with maple syrup.
