Jenna Jameson Just Shared Stunning Side-By-Side Pics Of Her Weight-Loss Transformation

I just want to take a minute and throw down some praise hands emojis for how goddamn real Jenna Jameson has been about her weight loss journey. 🙌🙌

The former adult film star and mother of three—who recently revealed she lost 57 pounds on the keto diet—just posted an incredible before-and-after photo on Instagram showing off her results.

In one photo, Jenna, 44, wears a baggy tee and jeans; in the other, she’s in a tight top tucked into jeans.

“Guys, I fit into size 6 jeans!” Jenna wrote in the caption. “The picture on the right, I’m wearing size 16 jeans.”

Jenna said the fit of her clothes is what’s “catapulting” her forward with her weight loss goals, less so than the number on the scale—that, and the fact that her “muffin top,” as Jenna called it, is gone.

But it’s not the keto diet alone that’s led to Jenna’s weight loss—intermittent fasting has also played a role. “I feel like keto paired with #intermittentfasting has been my riddle solver!” she wrote.

Jenna initially revealed her keto-and-intermittent-fasting combination earlier this week on Instagram. The new strategy, she said, was to help her break out of her weight-loss plateau. She said she typically fasts for a 16- to 18-hour period (a.k.a. the 16:8 diet). “I’ve done it two days now, stopping at 6 p.m. and eating again at 11 a.m.,” she wrote in the older post, adding that it’s “absolutely doable” for her, though she had reservations at first.

Let’s talk #intermittentfasting 👏🏻 I absolutely was not sure about this. Some keto peeps Swear by it, others say it’s incredibly hard. So what it essentially is, is stopping eating at a certain time and restarting (usually) 16 hours to 18 hrs later. I figured this would be a great way to break the 130 lb plateau I hit. I’ve done it two days now, stopping at 6 pm and eating again at 11 am. This is absolutely doable for me. I’ve lost two pounds easily and am sitting at 127, so for you mamas out there that are feeling stalled out on your keto diet, this is something to try!!!! #ketocommunity #keto

Jenna also revealed a morning coffee keto trick: “I’ve officially weaned off my poison sugar free creamer and am now drinking black coffee with stevia and coconut oil,” she wrote.

Fans applauded Jenna’s success in the comments. “I put my cookies down this morning and just enjoyed my coffee without it,” one fan wrote on Jenna’s most recent post. “Looking at your posts remind me that it is all worth the effort!”

And that support has not gone unnoticed. “On a side note I want to acknowledge all of you take the leap with me to get healthier,” Jenna wrote, adding that she’s “SO damn proud” of her fans.
