Jalapeño Popper Stuffed Bread

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 jalapeños, minced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 c. shredded mozzarella
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 long baguette, or 2 short ones
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, jalapeños, bacon, mozzarella and cheddar. Season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Cut ends of baguette. Using a spoon, hollow out the baguette, leaving about a 1/2” crust in tact. Stuff bread with jalapeño popper mixture and brush with butter. Bake for 20 minutes, then slice and serve.
