Frozen Pineapple Margaritas

Ingredients

  • 8 mini pineapples, or two regular pineapples
  • 12 oz. silver tequila
  • 8 oz. triple sec
  • 1/2 c. lime juice
  • 2 c. ice
  • Pineapple slices, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for garnish
  • Salt, for garnish

Directions

  1. Cut off the pineapple tops.
  2. Using a spoon, remove the soft fruit from inside of the pineapple, creating cups. Reserve the fruit to blend into the margarita.
  3. In a blender, mix together tequila, Triple sec, lime juice, pineapple and ice. Blend until slushy.
  4. Fill pineapple cup with drink and garnish with pineapple, salted lime, and umbrella.
