Drip cakes are the trendy dessert everyone’s obsessed with right now. Even better than a sexy drip cake, though, is a drip cake made with rosé and covered in edible gold leaves. And to make all your boozy cake fantasies come true, baker Chelsweets and Cosmopolitan.com came up with the Rosé Gold Cake.
The layers are made from vanilla batter with rosé added to it, and the buttercream covering the cake is also spiked with your favorite summer drink. Chelsweets added an ombré look to the cake by making the bottom tier have a hot pink drip, while the top tier has a softer pink drip.
