We all wish we could eat an endless amount of cheese balls for lunch everyday, but unfortunately … health. One 3-year-old, however, isn’t letting nutrition, his parents or anything stop him from chowing down some cheddar cheese puffs for his afternoon meal.
Andy Rine posted a photo to Reddit of what his son, Adam, decided to pack himself for lunch one morning. Being a genius child, this toddler knows the importance of a delicious snack, and decided to pack nothing but cheese balls — and the Internet is loving Adam for it.
Andy told Babble that he stepped out of the room for a moment to get Adam’s little sister, Alicia, from her crib. “While I was gone he went to the kitchen and grabbed a large container of cheese puffs his grandparents had given him in his Easter basket,” he said.
The ensuing scene was definitely a surprise, but also hilariously relatable. Parents everywhere commented on his post with similar stories, and it seems other 3-years-olds — and adults — have similar feelings about cheese balls (can we really blame them?).
“Ha, we took our 3-year-old to a general store (with toy aisles, pool toys, etc.) and told her … she could pick one thing under $5. Giant tub of cheese balls. My daughter, ladies and gentlemen,” one man commented. “I’m 42 and I did that last Tuesday. Clearly, the kid is ahead of the game,” wrote another.
We couldn’t agree more.
