If you—like us—have been counting down the days until Australian fashion week comes around again, then we have some very good news for you.
Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia has released the official schedule for the upcoming season, with 44 designers set to present shows across the five-day program.
As previously reported, Dion Lee will be opening up the week, whilst Romance Was Born will finish off the shows in its signature whimsical style. As well as those brands, a couple of familiar labels will also be making appeances. Sass & Bide are set to end a 14-year hiatus by returning to the runways, whilst designer Anna Quan (the woman behind those shirts you have been seeing everywhere) will make her debut.
Bec & Bridge also has a special show lined up, which will celebrate its fifteenth anniversary.
Other designer highlights will include Michael Lo Sordo, KITX, Christopher Esber, Albus Lumen, Ginger & Smart, macgraw, Akira and alice mcCALL.
The Resort collections will reportedly focus on swimwear and athleisure.
MBFWA will run between May 14 and May 19 at Carriageworks in Sydney.
