Rita had earlier showcased her gold gown in a sultry Instagram snap posted ahead of the ceremony, captioning it with the words: ‘So excited for the Channel [V] China Music Awards tonight’.
The singer has been enjoying Coachella over the weekend, showing off her festival style in an array of outfits.
Her time at the festival saw her taking a break from working on her hotly-anticipated second album, which will be the follow-up to 2012 album Ora.

Rita reportedly made £3million last year, despite the fact she hasn’t released any new music for nearly two years.
