Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber‘s son Presley Gerber had a somber start to 2019.
Presley, 19, was arrested by the Beverly Hills police department on Dec. 30, per booking records obtained by Page Six on Wednesday.
He was arrested at 3:53 a.m. and booked for a misdemeanor at 5:27 a.m. He was released at 12:13 p.m. and it is unclear when he will next appear in court.
He was arrested after he was pulled over for speeding, TMZ reports. He reportedly smelled of alcohol and failed a field sobriety test at the scene. Since he is only 19, the zero-tolerance policy in California applies.
“Presley Gerber was arrested and released on his own recognizance and no bail was posted,” his attorney, Scott Spindel, told us. “Presley Gerber has no criminal record and has never been arrested. Presley Gerber takes this very seriously and is taking the steps necessary to address the allegations.”
Crawford’s rep did not return our request for comment.
