It’s day two of the Australian Royal Tour, and Meghan Markle has stepped out in an affordable outfit that won’t break the bank.
This is a first for Meghan, who usually opts for higher-end designer brands when she heads out on Royal protocol with husband Harry. Yesterday Markle chose a $2,500 Brandon Maxwell dress for her engagements in her second look of the day.
Perhaps she’s taken inspiration from sister in law Kate Middleton, who has been known to wear high street brands such as Zara, LK Bennett and Hobbs in the past.
The Duchess of Sussex opted for a grey checked blazer by friend and designer Serena Williams , costing $145. Markle opted for the ‘Boss’ blazer from the tennis star’s range, proving her support to the brand.
Meghan styled her checked blazer with a classic white shirt from Parisian brand Maison Kitsune , that set her back a cool £151.68. Kitsuné is a French fashion label and electronic music record label that was founded in 2002, specialising in chic designs and French slogans.
