Meghan Markle Just Stepped Out After Her Pregnancy Announcement

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been spotted for the first time since announcing they’re expecting their first child early this morning.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are currently in Australia, as they’ll be kicking off the first day of their royal tour of the Pacific tomorrow. They were photographed at the Admiralty House in Sydney, the official residence of the Governor-General Sir Peter Cosgrove. Images published by the Daily Mail show the couple holding hands as they walked through the property’s expansive gardens, with Harry dressed in a gray top and black pants and Meghan in a black top and skirt.

The couple will be staying at the Admiralty House during the Australian leg of their tour. Meghan and Harry were spotted landing in Australia yesterday, with the Duke in a gray sweater and the Duchess in a black and maroon coat over a turtleneck and pants. She was also carrying a couple of binders, strategically placed over her stomach.

Harry and Meghan are touring from October 16 to October 31 through Australia, New Zealand, Tonga, and Fiji and have 76 engagements planned ahead. The couple also sought medical advice ahead of traveling to the latter two countries, where there is a risk of Zika, royal commentator Omid Scobie revealed.

The couple was last seen in public during Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding on Friday, which they attended with other members of the royal family. Although they enjoyed the ceremony, Harry and Meghan couldn’t stay for the second day of celebrations on Saturday, as they had to fly 22 hours to Sydney.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are slated to make official appearances tomorrow, for their first engagements of royal tour.
