Kim Kardashian West knows her husband best, so is it time to put our concerns to bed?
ICYMI, we reported that the Kardashian-Wests recently purchased a house in Chicago, sparking rumors that Kanye West and co. would be relocating to the Windy city. Fuel to the fire was added when the Chi-Town native confirmed his plans to move in an Open Mic session with Chance The Rapper this week.
But sources say Kim isn’t quite convinced yet that Ye will actually make the move.
You could chalk it up to Kanye being a Gemini, but an insider tells People that his history of switching things up on a whim played a factor in the starlet’s reaction to the news:
“Kanye has a tendency though to change his mind quickly, so she is just going along with his plans because it makes him happy. Next week, something else might make him happier.”
A second insider confirms, “He changes his mind like he changes his underwear.”
While Mrs. West might be okay with her husband’s spontaneous decision-making, she wants to keep some sense of stability for their kids North, Saint, and Chicago. The source adds:
“She thinks it’s best for the kids to continue their schedule in LA. North is in school and everything is working great. Kim doesn’t think a permanent move to Chicago benefits the kids. Also, Kim wants to be around her family as much as possible too. She loves their new house and it finally feels like a home to her.”
Not only is LA their home, it’s also the epicenter of the business mogul’s growing KKW Beauty line and set of the family’s longtime reality TV show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Regardless, the 37-year-old plans to stick by her man, even if he changes his mind again. The insider concludes:
“She will be supportive of Kanye’s plans and they do have a house in Chicago too.”
