Jennifer Aniston Leans on Brad Pitt Amid Justin Theroux Split Rumors

Although she had sought therapy for her heartbreak after her mother’s death, the ‘Friends’ alum has reportedly been looking to Brad for ‘guidance and advice.’

It’s been years since Jennifer Aniston and Brad Pitt’s divorce. However, the 53-year-old actor has reportedly reached out to his estranged wife following his split from Angelina Jolie. It seems that the exes are still very much in touch as Jen has allegedly contacted the “Allied” actor for help following the death of her estranged mother Nancy Dow.

In Touch is the first to claim that the 48-year-old actress is emotionally struggling after her mother’s death. Although she had sought therapy for her heartbreak, “she’s been looking to [Brad] for guidance and advice.” Citing a source, the news outlet went on alleging that Brad “understands her better than anyone else” including her husband Justin Theroux.

“Brad knows the history of Jen’s complicated relationship with Nancy and doesn’t judge her for the feelings she’s having,” the source continues, before adding that Jen needs him to help her get through her difficult time. As Brad knows the history of her complicated feelings about her mother, “Jen was deeply touched and realized he was right.”

The “Friends” alum also reportedly feels that Brad has “evolved” since her marriage, and she finds that the “new Brad” has been “tremendously helpful” to her. “Jennifer is so grateful to have him back in her life,” the source adds.

The news comes on the heels of a report claiming that Jen and Justin live separate lives and are likely headed for a split. “Justin loves Jen, but it seems he was never sure if he was in love with her,” a source tells OK!, before adding, “After they got engaged, it felt like they had something to prove, so they forged ahead with marriage even though they knew deep down it probably wasn’t the right move.”

Gossip Cop has debunked the claim by saying that the couple’s marriage isn’t in trouble and they’re not living separate lives. Reps for the couple tell the online publication that the tabloid’s report is simply false.
