Hailey Baldwin Trademarked The Name Hailey Bieber

Aside from telling the occasional random stranger, Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin have been keeping quiet their marriage and there’s a bit of the stale air of mystery hanging over whether or not they actually shackled themselves together for life since they didn’t do it in the eyes of the Big Dog, God. Well, the couple has come one step closer to acknowledging their legal union, because Hailey has just trademarked the name “Hailey Bieber“. And just like that, a marriage is confirmed and a new hashtag is born.

The Blast has unearthed the legal documents showing Hailey’s new trademark:

She filed for the trademarks under her company, Rhodedeodato Corp, which is a combo of Hailey’s middle name, Rhode, and her mother’s maiden name, Deodato.

The document now marks the first time Hailey has acknowledged her marriage with JB. The two stars still have not publicly commented on tying the knot, but have been slyly referencing each other as “husband” and “wife.”

Now that Hailey is staking her claim in the Bieber name, it’s pretty clear that Mr. and Mrs. Bieber are official.

And here is the document if you have your bifocals handy:

Clearly Hailey is missing the gift of puns. It is such a wasted opportunity that she didn’t take out the redundant “de” and name her company Rhodeo Dato. They could have put a  little bucking bronco on the letter head and the company theme song played on a boom box before every business transaction could be Styx’s “Mr. Roboto”, but with lyrics changed to “domo arigato, Rhodeo Dato“. I mean, who wouldn’t think of that? So sad.

The reason for the trademarking is listed as “clothing“. Hailey recently partnered with Adidas to design a line. Hailey also trademarked the phrase “HRB3“. I can only guess this is the abbreviation for the virus that will be unleashed thanks to Hailey rubbing her body on the unwashed hobo body of Justin Bieber.
