Gwyneth Paltrow has fully immersed herself in her site GOOP saying she prefers to put her energy into the business rather than acting in movies.
And her new no-nonsense business woman style was apparent on Friday when the 44-year-old beauty was seen dressed way down in culottes in LA.
This comes after decades of being the glamour goddess on red carpets.

Paltrow has become something of a force to be reckoned with in the business world over the past few years.
Thefounder of Goop hosted a seminar in LA’s Santa Monica on Tuesday, held in conjunction with Fast Company, a self-described ‘business media brand, with a unique editorial focus on innovation in technology, leadership, world changing ideas, and design’.
The Oscar-winning actress was also a speaker at the Fast Company With Gwyneth Paltrow And Goop At FC/LA: A Meeting Of The Most Creative Minds event.

Gwyneth opted for a crisp casual business look for the function.
She looked smart in a pair of white wide-leg capri pants and a long white blazer. The Iron Man actress also wore a blue shirt with ruffle detailing around the neckline.
Putting comfort first, she wore white sneakers with a green stripe across the front of them.

Meeting of minds: The 44-year-old actressposed with Fast Company Editor Bob Safian
According to The Hollywood Reporter, she discussed some of the reasons she loves her lifestyle brand and why it’s been so successful, admitting it’s all about company culture:
‘We encourage good communication, or ‘speaking straight,’ as we like to call it,’ she says about the all-hands meeting she has every Tuesday. ‘When someone comes into my office and says they are going to speak straight, it’s my cue to bring my best self forward.’
She also focuses on measurable results, as opposed to feelings or arbitrary projections, sharing her favorite line: ‘I’m interested in criticism based on fact, not on projections. If you want to fuck with me, bring your a-game.’
The former actress also explains that she has never compromised her values and remained true to her brand.
‘I think about what has gone wrong at other companies a lot,’ says Paltrow. ‘On the media side of Goop, we like to know what people are freaking out about, and if we hear that people are putting bees in their vagina, we’ll write about it,’ she says, noting that ‘she made that up and not to try it at home.’
‘On the product side, we are more judicious…If we are selling it, it’s because we love it, if we’ve made it, it’s the best. If you opened Goop and saw a fast food ad, it would diminish our trust,’ she s continued.
And the mom-of-two admits she had to learn to prioritize and realize that she couldn’t do it all:
Intimate gathering: Attendees at the seminar gathered to hear Gwyneth speak about her popular lifestyle company
‘As much as I thought ‘I can do everything, I can run my company and then go to Louisiana and do a movie,’ I can’t, especially with having kids there’s just no way,’ Paltrow explained.
‘I’ve been doing little things here and there because…I do think that does help our brand and how we’re trying to grow. But I also don’t want it to. I want Goop to not rely on me so much, so we’re thinking about when we scale do we need to leverage me for this product line or do we not.’
She concluded: ‘I grew up in an acting family…but right now, I just like this better.’

Earlier in the day, the stunning star took to Instagram to share a photo of herself prepping for the event.
She’s seen making a surprised face at the camera as a hairstylist works on her hair and a makeup artist works on her face.
In March, it was announced Gwyneth had taken over as CEO of Goop, after previously saying she would be taking a step back from the popular lifestyle company.
