Former Jackass star Bam Margera is still struggling with alcohol, it has been revealed.
His best friend Brandon Novak revealed on the latest episode of The Dopey podcast.
“Bam is not doing so great, he is struggling,” he said.

Margera, 38, real name Brandon Cole Margera, is currently in denial about his issues, according to his friend.
He added: “He recognizes he has an alcohol problem but he is not willing to do what it takes to live the solution.
“If he puts the drink down he becomes like a stranger in his own skin and he’s thinking ‘who let him in.’

Novak has completed the ’12 steps’ program and is now completely sober and he is hoping that Margera will follow his lead in the future.
“It is totally sucky you can lead the horse to the water but you cannot make it drink, the only real motivator is pain,” he revealed.
“He has cried to me numerous times but he is not willing to do what it takes, the pain is not great enough for him yet.”

RadarOnline.com reported how Margera was busted for a DUI earlier this year.
He was left devastated after his close friend Ryan Dunn died in an alcohol related car crash.
The accident happened in 2011 and Margera has struggled to cope with the loss.
He revealed at the time: “I’ve never lost anybody that I cared about. It’s my best friend.
“He was the happiest person ever, the smartest guy. He had so much talent, and he had so many things going for him.”
