She quit her role in Channel Four reality hit Gogglebox last year in order to pursue dreams to become a singer.
And despite her lack of current TV fame, Sandi Bogle is certainly still very much able to make an impact – arriving at the National Film Awards on Wednesday night dressed in a very distinctive ensemble.
The 49-year-old sported a plunging baby pink dress split to the navel with a tiny tulle tiered skirt only just protecting her modesty.Scroll down for video
One side of the dramatic ensemble barely skimmed her hips, while the other draped in dramatic fashion on the floor.
The reality star teamed her outfit with towering coordinating platform shoes and a diamante choker.
Her long black hair was worn in a glossy artfully straight style across her chest where a rose tattoo was clearly visible.Sandi was clearly excited to be attending the event, which despite its name, only attracted a smattering of big stars. She posted selfies of herself arriving by taxi and partying alongside Apprentice star Grainne McCoy. alongside the caption: ‘Woop woop, girls having fun!’Back in December, it was revealed that Sandi has been replaced in the show by her daughter Chanchez.
Sources confirmed she parted ways with the show, telling MailOnline: ‘We are delighted that Sandra’s daughter Chanchez is to join the show next series. She’s a great addition to the cast.
‘Sandi has decided to leave the show to pursue her singing career and other opportunities and we wish her all the very best.’ Sandi previously released seventies disco inspired single Casanova, a cover of soul group Coffee’s 1980 hit, in September
Tweeting at the time, she wrote: ‘OMG PEEPS My Pre Release Preview is out now on ITUNES it’s a banger check it out.’
The release came two months after the reality star spoke exclusively to MailOnline about her desire to remain as original as possible by steadfastly refusing to follow celebrity trends.
‘No one (is my icon) – I’ve got my own swag – I don’t follow the crowd,’ she said in June.
‘People know me for my own style. I always have. I just wear what I like and I enjoy wearing all sorts of things.’
