Demi has been sharing a lot of sexy photos on the social media. Having battled with body confidence issues, she has also been sharing motivational photos of her urging women to embrace positive body image. In a new interview for the September issue of People Style, the singer, who is so passionate about living a healthy life, talks about building self confidence.
“I train in mixed martial arts which is a combination of kickboxing, jiujitsu and Muay Thai. I’ve always been a fighter, so being able to do that is a real outlet for me,” she shares . “[But] you have t[But]nk about th[But]tomer too and what they’re doing. I wanted to make clothes for all sorts of workouts like spinning, yoga, anything like that.”
Demi says she often reminds herself of what motivates her whenever she needs a boost. “It’s knowing how great I’m going to feel after,” she says. “I always feel more energized when I exercise in the morning – it helps me throughout the day.” She adds, “I know I’m doing everything I can to take care of myself. If there’s something about my body that I don’t like, I remind myself that it doesn’t define who I am. The more you tell yourself that you’re beautiful, the more you start to believe it.”
