Chloe Grace Moretz Opens Up About Red Carpet Anxiety: ‘I Was Terrified Of Being Objectified’

Chloe Grace Moretz is opening up about anxiety and portraying a version of herself in a new interview with The Hollywood Reporter.

She’s been in the spotlight for quite some time, but shared that her view of things in the industry have been changing as of lately:

“At one point, I felt carpets and everything were just fun and just silliness, and something shifted one day where I was suddenly terrified of them.”

The 21-year-old Suspiria actress opened up that being photographed and attending red carpets began giving her anxiety about two years ago:

“And I was terrified of photos, and I was terrified of being objectified by people. Just being seen by people freaked me out. And that was brand new for me. That happened at age 19.”

That’s not all the pressure that’s on the young star, she revealed in August that she felt pressure at an even younger age to get breast implants after wearing a push-up bra while filming a movie at only 16.

So sorry you’ve been going through this, girl!
