In August died famous American film director Willard Tobe Hoope, best known for the films “Texas Chainsaw Massacre” and “Poltergeist.” The cinematographer was 74 years old.
A thriller “The Texas Chain Saw Massacre,” which in 1974 received recognition from both critics and viewers, helped Hoope to enter the Hollywood film industry. There he acted as a director, producer and script writer. Having assembled a young team of students and colleagues, Hoope took off the low-budget “Texas Massacre” in just two weeks.

In 1992, Moore had her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and in 2012 she was awarded an honorable award from the US Screen Actors Guild for professional achievement.
