And she has admitted that she’s currently on a ‘grief diet’ following the shock death of late boyfriend Dennis Shields.
The Real Housewives Of New York star posted a photograph of herself via Instagram today.

Wearing a long sleeved floral dress and holding a ‘Love’ sign she captioned the image: All you need is love
And replying to a comment from one concerned fan she said: “Death will do that to a person. #griefdiet I don’t recommend it.”
Frankel was left devastated when her on and off beau Shields died recently in New York.

The New York City Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the cause and manner of his death as ‘undetermined’ after he was found dead, aged only 51, in his Manhattan apartment. [
Two weeks after his death Frankel penned an emotional response on Twitter.
She wrote: It’s hard to breathe & I appreciate you giving me the space & support to try and do so. It’s excruciating sudden death is no closure and constant ?s & memories.
RadarOnline.com reported recently that the Skinnygirl CEO could be facing the axe from RHONYC and maybe this has been preying on her mind too.
Frankel recently helped out with relief efforts for Hurricane Florence as a mark of respect to Shields.
