Amber Rose has no intention of letting the haters spoil her new romance.
The model-turned-activist shared a pic with her new beau, Def Jam exec Alexander Edwards, in matching ensembles, accompanied by the caption, “I don’t care what none of y’all say, I still love him.”
The quote is a play on a lyric from Rose’s ex-boyfriend Kanye West’s 2005 smash hit, “Gold Digger,” in which he rapped, “I don’t care what none of y’all say, I still love her.”
The former lovers dated from 2008 to 2010 and have been less than amicable in the seven years since they split.
In 2015, during an infamous interview, West, 41, heavily intimated that his wife, Kim Kardashian, was not thrilled with is dating history, saying, “It’s very hard for a woman to want to be with someone that’s with Amber Rose — I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim.”
Last year, while detailing the fall out of their split, Rose, 34, complained, “I still have never said anything mean about Kanye … This is after six, seven years of constant bullying from him.”
And just last month, she slammed West and others who she says have traded on her advocacy efforts without properly crediting her.
